Sales and Growth Challenges

I am wrapping up a week of sales activity, catching up on phone calls all with still dozens to return. Even we consultants find ourselves in the situations we warn and advise our small business clients of...the see-saw sales of the entrepreneur being the primary sales person. Up and down revenue and work load goes against my billable time.

I continue to feel the most important thing for CH Consulting is to find the right VP of Sales and Marketing. This will shift us from the current sales mode of capitalizing only on what we are being pursued to do, to an opportunity to pursue all of the untapped markets for our products and services we have so many plans for. To find the right person....

Yet another growing pain, like all the others we help our clients navigate as well.
